Currently, we ship to EU, US and OC countries. If you're located outside of countries mentioned above, please send us an email to support@fantasicosmetics.com to check the delivery availability and shipping cost of your area.
Q: “How much does shipping cost?”
Please refer to Shipping Policy for rates. Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping.
Q: “How long will it take to get my order?”
It usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
Q: "What is your return policy?"
We accept returns of unworn or unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

FANTASI products are now exclusively available online at fantasicosmetics.com.
Q: “Are FANTASI products vegan and cruelty free?”
FANTASI is 100% cruelty free and vegan, which means we source plant-based ingredients and we do not test products or ingredients on animals.
Q: “Where can I find the ingredients list for the product?”
You can always find in "ingredients" section on the product page.
Q: "Can I exchange my item?"
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Q: "What should I do if my item arrived damaged?"
If your item arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to resolve the issue.
