We hope that you love our products as much as we do. But if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

How to Start a Return

  • Start the process from your Account Page, or email support@fantasicosmetics.com with your Order Number and the product(s) you wish to return.

  • Do not send items back without an approved return request (RMA) — unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer-paid return shipping: You are responsible for the postage to return your item. Please use a trackable service and keep your receipt.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

*For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see “Damages & Issues” below).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund. In these cases, return shipping is free.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds

We’ll email you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
